We treat your data confidentially and in line with statutory requirements.
This is a convenience translation. The German version is the authoritative one and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. When the pages are accessed, the server automatically records access data in log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This data serves the technical provision and security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.
3. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party resources
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, and loads no fonts, images or other resources from external servers. Everything is served from the same server as the page itself. No data is therefore transferred to third parties.
4. Contact by email
If you write to us by email, we process the details you provide — such as your name, email address, company and the content of your message — solely in order to deal with your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is not passed on to third parties.
5. Contact and application form
When you submit the form on the contact page, the details you enter — name, company, email address and your message — are transmitted to our own server and forwarded from there by email to our mailbox. The same applies to the application form on the page for freelancers; there the details are your name, email address and — where you provide them — phone number, location, availability, a link to your online profile and your message. We use applications solely to assess a possible collaboration and delete them if none comes about. The processing serves solely to answer your enquiry or application (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR); section 4 applies in addition. To keep automated submissions out, the form contains an additional field that is invisible to you, and the number of submissions per IP address is limited; no persistent profiles are created in the process. The email is sent via the mail provider of our domain. Should the transmission to our server fail, the page offers you the alternative of sending the message with your own email program.
6. Client and team login
The “Client login” and “Team login” links lead to separate applications at customer.grow-with-us.com and portal.grow-with-us.com. These are closed areas for existing clients and staff. They are only called up when you click the link yourself; merely visiting this website transfers no data to those applications. The notices provided there apply to processing inside the login areas.
7. Retention
Server log files are deleted automatically after a short period. Email enquiries are kept for as long as is necessary to deal with them and any follow-up questions, and beyond that within the scope of statutory retention obligations.
8. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent you have given at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
