We are not looking for flawless CVs, but for people who enjoy talking to customers and take responsibility.
What you need
- Excellent German, written and spoken
- A friendly, communicative manner
- Dependability and initiative
- You enjoy the phone and are confident on it
- Availability during Central European business hours
Helpful, but not required
- Swiss German
- Experience with customers in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
- Technical understanding, IT or SaaS experience
- Experience with hospitality IT (point-of-sale, ordering systems)
