From frontline customer work — not from a consulting deck.
grow with us grew out of the work itself: support, onboarding, looking after customers. We have worked through ticket queues, walked customers through go-lives, and explained on the phone why the till won’t print.
That is why we talk about response times, resolution rates and customers who stay, rather than about slideware. And it is why we know what makes customer contact good: listening, taking responsibility, coming back with an answer.
